Assistant Professor of Instruction
Dr. Palacios has over 9 years of experience as an educator with several universities in the state of Texas. He also has nearly 25 years of experience working in industry in software design, development, and testing, software metrics and defect management, software process engineering, and project management processes. Dr. Palacios cares about his students and his passion for teaching is evident in the way he shows up for his students. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from The Universidad de las América and went on to earn his master’s degree and PhD in computer science from Texas Tech University.
